Refund Policy

MeetERP subscriptions are billed in advance by billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided for partial periods after access has been granted.

Eligibility

If you were charged in error, duplicated, or experienced a verified billing defect, contact support within 14 days for review.

Downgrades and Cancellations

Plan changes take effect according to billing platform rules. Cancellation keeps service active through the paid period unless otherwise stated.
